We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. At Live Custom Clothing, we stand behind our craftsmanship and our commitment to our community.
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same premium condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Important Note: Returns must be sent to our official processing facility. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address, a prepaid return shipping label, and explicit instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Misprints
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Because we specialize in custom, high-fidelity apparel layouts, contact us immediately if the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the incorrect design or size. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Because our clothing line features personalized selections and custom lab configurations, we cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized items due to a change of mind or ordering the incorrect size. Please utilize our sizing guides carefully before finalizing your custom checkout.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards.
- Our Shared Promise: Rest assured, if an item is returned or refunded due to a defect, the matching warm clothing gift triggered by your original purchase is never revoked—the community donation remains honored.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new size or layout style through our live catalog.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card processor to post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at livelounge01@gmail.com.
