Please review your structural sizing variables carefully before checking out; we are generally unable to accommodate structural cancellation or size adjustment requests after an order has been finalized and authorized.

Our Shared Promise: All purchases are subject to our formal Refund Policy. In accordance with our brand motto, if an order is returned or replaced due to structural defect, the corresponding warm clothing gift automatically triggered to a community in need will remain completely honored and will never be revoked.

Section 4 - Prices, Billing, and Branded Rewards

Prices, promotions, and custom discount thresholds are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include localized sales taxes, duties, customs, or regional shipping charges unless explicitly itemized at checkout.

Through our ecosystem, we may deploy interactive rewards programs, gamified milestones, or digital promotional elements (such as "Clothing Credits" or ecosystem loyalty points). These credits possess no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred outside our platform, and are subject to expiration or adjusting tier limits as managed via our administrative dashboard applications.

You agree to provide current, complete, and authorized billing information for all checkout sessions. If your payment processor drops authorization or flags a transaction as fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order logs instantly.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
