Our Shared Journey: How It Works

The moment you complete a checkout session on live-lounge.ca, two parallel journeys begin:

  • Your Order: Your premium custom apparel transitions immediately into our localized production and quality-assurance lab pipeline.

  • The Shared Gift: In alignment with our "You Buy One, We Share One" motto, a matching warm clothing item is instantly allocated, logged at checkout, and batched for distribution to local communities in need.

Processing & Production Times

Because we specialize in custom layouts, high-fidelity embroidery, and heavy silhouettes, our items are not merely pulled off a generic warehouse shelf.

  • Standard Custom Orders: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our lab team to configure, print, and thoroughly inspect your apparel before dispatch.

  • Special Collections / Peak Releases: During high-volume seasonal releases, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Production and processing windows are entirely separate from shipping transit times. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major statutory holidays.

We ship across North America and select international endpoints using premium carrier services. Shipping charges for your order will be dynamically calculated and displayed clearly during the checkout process.

Live Custom Clothing is not legally liable for unexpected logistical delays caused by clearing third-party transit routes, high-volume carrier backups, or severe weather conditions.

Tracking Your Impact & Package

Once your custom apparel clears inspection and is physically handed off to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct carrier tracing link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to index your initial tracking details.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For cross-border and international orders (including shipments routed into the European Union), Live Custom Clothing is not responsible for localized customs duties, import tariffs, or regional clearance fees applied by your destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the absolute financial responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Shipments

In accordance with our Terms of Service, risk of loss passes cleanly to the buyer once assets are transferred to our fulfillment carrier. However, because we stand behind our community and our craft, if your package arrives structurally damaged or is officially declared lost by the carrier, please document the issue and contact our support team immediately at livelounge01@gmail.com. We will evaluate the routing data right away to make things right.
